How to Get Into A No Credit Home Loan with a Cosigner
Tyrone and Kimberly have only been married a short while. They are expecting their first baby and wanted desperately to get into their own home. When they talked to the real estate agent, he told them that they did not qualify for a loan because they did not have any credit. However, he told them that there are no credit home loans for people that have a cosigner. Tyrone told Kimberly that he would ask his dad if he would cosign for them. Tyrone dad agreed to cosign and they were able to get into a home that they had been looking at.
