My cousin and his wife who bought a new home

This past weekend I over in Medford Oregon visiting my cousin and his brand-new house. My cousin and his wife had bought the house three months before in a short sale/foreclosure situation that I still don’t completely understand. While visiting I was able to see the New Orleans game and I was very happy that they will be going to the Super Bowl. My cousin works as an interim CFO and his wife is a nurse at the large county hospital. Between both of them they make a very nice living and have decorated their house in a kind of Southwest style mixed with nautical items.
