No More Renting

My sister and I have been renting for years, and we decided that we could afford buying a house.  We both had no clue as to where to begin the process.  A mutual friend directed us to berks county real estate.  We quickly found an agent that assisted us not only in the house hunting, but also steered us to the right lenders.  He was so great in showing us houses that met all of our needs, and stayed within the location we requested.  He handled all the paperwork, and basically led us through the entire process with ease.  We are now home owners!
