Unsitely body fat is holding you back

This unsitely body fat is majorly holding me back from being all that I can be for myself and my kids.  I can hardly crouch down anymore to the ground.  I can’t even run around for frisbee.  I need to burn body fat once and for all.  No more foolin around.  It seems that the best route to take is the 6 to 8 small meals a day way.  This way, no matter what you eat, your body is constantly burning calories.  Eating mostly vegatables and meat will keep you at a constant weight.  Eating starches such as squashes are way healthier than breads and rice.
