Making Some Changes
I have been following my doctor’s orders and trying to lose some weight. I am watching what I eat, and I’ve discovered that some of the things that I never thought that I would like are actually pretty good. I’m also trying to exercise more. I’ve discovered that little changes add up quickly. I now park far away when I go to the store so I can get a few extra steps in. I’ve already lost about ten pounds, and the pain in back has subsided quite a bit. I never really wanted to make these changes before but now I’m glad that I am.
