Other version of a playard
The other version of a baby playard is actually more of a plastic expanding fence that you can hook together and make an actual safe zone where your baby or toddler can play and you can keep an eye on her. Often you hook six or more panels together to form a little yard, hence, the name play yard, which you can set up in a house or even outside in the grass. Once your toddler is big enough to stand up and push against the yard walls, it may be time to retire it so it does not topple over and either land on your baby, or let her loose.
