Everything that’s felt, heard, seen, smelled, and so on. since it is a vital part of the body, it is sensible that when something is awry with it, other areas will suffer too. This is precisely the idea that chiropractic specialists flourish on. There are 2 main parts to the nerve system : the brain and the spinal nerve. The brain serves as the control unit for everything. How much is a brownie pan, anyways? I’m going to have to go down to Walmart again and see if they have cheap brownie pans. I went to the dollar store. We have a really good dollar store near where I live. It’s the kind where everything in the store is a dollar. Some dollar stores they’ll have things like $4.99, or $2.99 so you have to be very careful if you think that the thing is going to be a dollar. I went over to the section where they have cooking stuff but all they had was a rectangular loaf-cake pan. It was coated with Teflon, so that’s good.

Put a treat inside a tree, with a hole that is just large enough, and a monkey will reach in, grasp the treat, and then be unable to pull his hand out because it is too big when clenched. The funny thing is that even as he panics he will not let go of the treat. He is trapped. This seems so unintelligent to us, and yet it is such a perfect metaphor for our own clinging ways.
Letting go is obviously the key to freedom, but this isn’t just about a monkey’s hand in a tree. We cling to ideas that make us miserable (that we have to be rich, have to impress others, have to have things go a certain way), and the solution is the same. We need to learn to simply let go.

Last week my dad called me into his home office for a serious talk. Apparently he had been making his funeral arrangements so that we children would not have the financial burden. He informed me that the Cremation Cost for his and mother’s bodies had been already paid. He also said that they had sold their cemetery plots some years ago and would prefer to be scattered together up at the mountain retreat where they spent so many happy vacations together. I find the whole thing to be rather morbid, but I guess that Dad wants everything settled for his own peace of mind. I hope that’s all it is.

In the past (as in before I got temporarily laid off from my job), my stress level regarding how my bills were paid was relatively low. But oh how time and a rotten economy change things. Now, every day seems to bring new and interesting challenges relating to my finances. If it wasn’t for the quick loan I got a few days ago, I’m not sure exactly where I would be. Even though my unemployment benefits account for a good portion of my bills, it’s always comforting to know there are companies still in the business of helping people out. Hopefully, the tide will turn and many of the unemployed will be back at work.

The pain was hard to deal with and my wife did the best she could to help me. The doctors told me what I needed to do, but the money was going fast. My job did not care. They just wanted me to get back to the factory floor. I told my wife that it was time to call a professional. We found the best personal injury lawyer in Scranton. I was thrilled that he knew how to speak with kindness. He told me not to worry and took care of things. He managed to get me a great settlement and I am thankful for it.

My cousin is expecting her first child this August. She is so excited, but she doesn’t really know where to begin. I told her to start by looking at nursuery furniture she wants in her baby’s room. After picking out the furniture, I told her to pick out colors and/or a theme for the room to decorate it in. Since she hasn’t found out if she’s having a boy or girl yet, this will be put on hold until they determine that. Her and her husband get to find out in 3 weeks, and then they will be heading to the store to purchase all the decorations they need to make their perfect nursery.

My wife recently opened up her own business, in which she would specialize in selling different kinds of awards, ribbons, and trophies. Since our children were grown, she very much wanted to be self employed. She would feature special award plaques to be given to an outstanding person within the community. So far, the business is a huge success. My wife feels like she is making a positive difference within the community in which we live. For my wife that is the best feeling in the world. She plans on continuing this business on a permanent basis, for it is now her passion.

We have finally settled our case. I am happy with the results that the illinois attorney malpractice was able to get for us. It will never make up for the injuries that my wife has endured but at least it will help us pay for the rest of her surgeries. Our family will be able to keep our home and my wife will be able to get the top of the line medical care that she needs. She has a very long road in front of her. It will take years for her to fully recover but at least she will get there.

I got a new paintball gun for my boyfriend. He loves to play paintball with his friends. He always asks me to accompany him to his games. It is the reason why I already know a lot of things about the game. He was so happy when he saw the gun that I got for him. There are a lot of guns out there, but I already know which one he likes. He immediately used it during his game, and his team won. He told me that the gun really helped him perform better. It is nice to see that I can make people happy by giving them the things that they like.
