I think the secret to women leadership is having a good sense of self. I believe that a woman is as good as she believes that she is. No one can take that from us as women, and if they do then we have allowed it to happen in most cases. We are strong, resilient, and tenacious. Women are trustworthy and dependable, which makes them a great candidate for a business job. We stand p to out responsibility, and embrace it as our own. A woman will make a great employee in the business world, if only she is given the chance.
