Time to help out my buddy for a change
My best friend recently moved into a small single roomed flat that was convenient simply because he didn’t want to live with anyone. He wasn’t so happy there and since he has been such a great buddy, especially when I’ve needed a friend with muscles who has helped me move furniture at the oddest, last minute moments, I thought it was my turn to help him out. I had been keeping my eye on rental and taupo property for sale lately, and one particular beach house I loved sold last week and amazingly this week, the new owners were looking for a single tenant to rent it at a very reasonable rate as they reside in Australia. I rang my buddy and drove him there instantly as not to miss this awesome opportunity.
