Getting Some Information About Interval Training From a Friend
When I mentioned to a close friend of mine that I was growing tired of my workout routine, she suggested that I give interval training a try. As I had never heard of this type of exercise before, I asked my friend if she could explain it to me so I would know more about why I should try it out. Once I had the information that I needed, I decided that I would give it a try and I am happy to say that I love it and can’t imagine ever going back to a standard workout ever again.
