Overlooked Sprint Triathlon Training
Something that’s commonly overlooked when training for Sprint triathlon competitions is the off-season or the time you take to rest when you’re working out. Many people simply just don’t pay attention to the time they need to rest while working out. It’s very important that you rest, since the whole point of working out of training is to strengthen your muscles you’re your muscles cannot rebuild if you don’t rest, therefore rest is even more important than the actual workout itself since no rebuilding will occur without it.
