Lip Liner for the Perfect Pout
A Beautiful Face must include the perfect pout. Sometimes it is hard to apply lip liner correctly. If you mess this step up you risk looking over the top. Most importantly, lip liner should be neutral or should match the shade of your lipstick; you do not want to end up with just a line of colour around your lips later in the day. It should be used solely to define your natural lip line, not to make lips appear bigger. With this in mind, start at centre of the natural lip line and move outward toward the edge of the lip. Finish off the look with your lipstick colour.
