Where Is the Best Place to Help Get Rid of the Security Tool?

Peter has been trying to get some work done on his computer all day. He keeps getting error messages and pop ups. When he closes them they just appear again. He wanted to be able to finish his project by this afternoon but it does not seem likely that he will be able to. He called a good friend of his that know more about computers than he does. His friend told him that it sounds like he needs to get rid of security tool. His friend advised him of site that he could get the actual removal software from. Peter was able to get his project done later that day.
